Music's at it's best when it has a purpose. Dogday revolt knows theirs.

Originating in The Netherlands, Canada and South Africa, Dogday Revolt is born out of the desire of five musician to move the masses with their music and to be heard! You cannot re-invent the wheel, but you can make it turn faster! With influences ranging from the heavy guitar-driven sound of the masters such as Pearl Jam, Soundgarden and Alice in Chains to the powerful, scorned screams created by the likes of Hendrix and Jimmy Page, Dogday Revolt have adopted a solid post-grunge sound as their medium. Lyrics inspired by life itself and music written with passion seems a good recipe for telling you how it is!!!

We don't think of conquering the world, or changing the face of music. All we want is to create a few moments of cold shivers, to create the music that moves us... and maybe also to ROCK a crowd of fifty thousand as they devour every note!!!
