 We  are  Los    Pistoleros   de  la  Paz ‐    a  Dutch/Spanish/Latin  American    band with more  than  5  years  on  the  road  spreading  music,  smiles  and positive  messages  on the way .  

    Currently  based  in  Barcelona  and  Amsterdam,  bookers  are contacting us  after  hearing    about  our  energetic  live performances  and uplifting musical  spirit.  This  year,  to  promote    the  release  of  our  album   “Tanto  Calor”  we  will    be   playing    in    the Netherlands,  Belgium,  France  and  Spain.  

Full  of  ‘sabor’  and  ‘rumba’,  and  bursting  with   musical

   influences,  we  would  like    to  infect    you    with  our sound/show; the best    of  our  Catalan,    Colombian,   Venezuelan,   Ecuadorian,  Chilean  and    Dutch    cultures translated  into  music  that  simply explodes  with  Latin rhythms!!

  HISTORY    

 Originally  formed  early  2008,  to  take  part  in  the    “Pieter    van  der Doesstraat  Festival”,  a  multicultural  event    organized  every year in

Amsterdam,  a couple of friends with some experience in the underground music  world  but with very different musical roots ( rock, classical, salsa, flamenco ! ) decided to celebrate their musical and cultural differences taking part at this Festival.   After  that wonderful experience  we decided to continue  celebrating our multicultural influences  giving  a message of tolerance and positive energy .

After our successful first concert at the Festival , many people and friends encourage us to continue this positive idea , bringing energy an excitement t to every concert.

After our commitment to bring good vibes to our communities, the opportunities to play keep coming and the telephone hasn’t stopped ringing since then, with invitations  to play at parties, festival, concerts and many other  public gatherings celebrating life and cultural diversity.

After many concerts, parties, a  growing fan base and an adventure we called the  “Pistoleros  European  Summer Tour 2010”  which started in Amsterdam passing Belgium, France and ending up in Barcelona  we decided to record our first CD and bring it to all  those wonderful people that took part of our concerts and demanded our music!
